• Shipping:  We offer combined shipping whenever possible.
• Shipping:  International customers, please email for shipping quotes before ordering

• Payment:  We accept Paypal and Credit Cards.
• Sales Tax:  Iowa residents will be charged 7% sales tax.
• Returns:  We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.  If you need to return an item, contact us first for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions
• We can only issue returns on unopened and unused items.
• Returns must be received by MelsFish within 90 days of your order date.  Refunds will be issued for the item plus any applicable sales tax, excluding shipping charges.
• Back Orders:  We are committed to providing our customers with rapid delivery of the items they order.  On rare occasions a backorder situation may occur.  If that does happen, we will contact you as soon as we are aware of it.
